Dear family, friends, and xangans,
Excuse the lack of recent updates. I have instead tried to focus on sending letters to individuals. I wrote 14 letters yesterday, and have 9 more that I plan to write. (and no I did not receive 23 letters in the mail last week). Included in the letters are pictures of the snow we received here on Saturday. Yes, that's right, it snowed in Los Angeles. We were all pretty stoked.
I do have tons of things I would like to post about. I want to write about the reality of the Apostasy, the inadequacy of the Protestant Reformation, and the beauty of the Restoration. I have written these things in my study journal, but lack the time on the computer to type them up for your benefit. Sorry. If there a specific things you'd like to hear from me about, you will have to write. (I have much longer available writing time than typing time).
Thanks and Take Care,
Elder Embree

Take care, Elder, not to underestimate the importance of the Protestant Reformation and the courage of men like Martin Luther.
Missionaries are allowed online? I had no idea!
Well then I have a lot to ask my ward missionaries.
CTR.
Missionaries are not allowed online. Elder Embree writes these and his father puts them online so that his friends can read about his mission. --Brian Embree (Daniel's Father)
